SEDOFA was created based on a very simple, yet, mighty idea: all great harvests have seeds and all seeds have promises.
The title of the article SEDOFA is uncommon; It is based on the word seed and mellowed in a smooth flowing end, representing life, growth and bountifulness. The meaning of this is deeper than just language but it is one that acknowledges God as the supreme source of provision, growth and renewal. As the seed was planted on faith before the harvest is realised, SEDOFA was based on faith in purpose and patience and land stewardship.
SEDOFA is fundamentally an agribusiness dedicated to respecting nature as well as nurture. We collaborate with farmers, soil, and seasons to introduce products that are pure, well-cultivated, and responsibly sourced. Out of the familiar and invigorating warmth of the cashew nuts and groundnuts, the strong and natural flavour of coffee beans, the nutritious power of sesame seeds, the natural creamy sweetness of honey, the sophisticated complexity of wine, each product has a story of provenance, attention and genuineness.
We are sure that agriculture is not production, it is partnership. A union of hands that work it, earth and hands, tradition and innovation, faith and toil. With every harvest we have to remember that growth is not imposed; it is directed, fostered and blessed.
